Order are dispatched from our HQ in the Netherlands using PostNL.

We dispatch five days a week and aim to process all orders within 24hrs.

On weekends & public holidays, orders will be processed next business day.

If you have completed your order, you will receive a tracking link (usually from PostNL).

Local Tax / VAT Notice

Please note that some countries (such as Europe and Canada) charge import duty / VAT which may be payable on delivery, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are unfortunately out of our control. 

We cannot pre-pay individual country taxes, and will not cover them if items are taxed on arrival. If local taxes are unpaid, the goods will either be returned to sender at the customers expense or destroyed. No refund will be offered until the goods have returned to Trapagas which may take some time.
